Workshop "Emotion Management – Peace on the Parenting Journey" for Residents of N.H.O Apartments in Ho Chi Minh City and Binh Duong

Parents are the first teachers in a child's life. When parents are healthy and happy, their children can feel love and develop fully both physically and mentally. Understanding this, N.H.O not only provides residents with good, affordable housing but also aims to make these houses true homes filled with love for every family and child.

To help parents better understand how to manage their emotions and those of their children, N.H.O's CSR department organized two workshops titled "Emotion Management – Peace on the Parenting Journey" on June 13, 2024, and June 22, 2024. These sessions attracted 13 parents from the Imperial Place apartment complex in Binh Tan, HCMC and City Tower & Citadines in Binh Duong. Despite their busy personal schedules, each parent dedicated nearly three hours to sharing and discussing challenging situations and overwhelming emotions encountered in the parenting process. More importantly, parents received valuable information to better manage their emotions and become reliable, warm companions for their children. Following the workshop, parents provided positive feedback. One parent shared, "The way the information was conveyed was great, useful, empathetic, and resonated with what we have experienced as parents."
