"LEAD TO SUCCESS" WORKSHOP – SAL STUDENTS PIONEER IN THE KNOWLEDGE ARENA

This year, the "LEAD TO SUCCESS" skill-building workshop, organized by the SAL Scholarship Program, was designed to help SAL students develop a wide range of skills, including leadership, teamwork, and creativity. With a learner-centered approach, the workshop allowed students to propose topics of interest for learning and exploration. Two highly practical research topics were selected:

• "AI & CHATGPT: Applications in Learning and Personal Development"

• "The Relationship Between Exercise and Mental Health"

Over two months, each team dedicated time to research their assigned topics. They demonstrated the practicality of their research through direct surveys conducted among students from various universities in Ho Chi Minh City. With the enthusiasm, effort, and guidance from program mentors, the students successfully completed their research reports and developed creative outputs, including:

• An E-Manual: "The Art of Writing Prompts – Optimizing Communication with AI"

• A Mental Health Handbook: "Mind and Body – The Golden Journey to Unlock Your Strength"

On the evening of March 7, 2025, the students' presentations and products left a strong impression on mentors and participants during the evaluation session. The students excelled in leadership, presentation, and teamwork, with all participants reporting improvements in seven teamwork skills such as: negotiation, time management, emotional regulation, collaboration, problem-solving, and effective communication.

Learning through practice and experience proved highly effective for SAL students and a source of pride for the Scholarship Committee. Eight individual and team awards were presented, with winners chosen by the students themselves.

The experiential learning and hands-on practice program have yielded remarkable results for SAL students, becoming a source of pride for the Scholarship Committee and Mentors.

At the conclusion of the program, the Scholarship Committee honored outstanding individuals and student groups with prestigious awards. This recognition not only acknowledges their dedication and efforts but also serves as motivation for students to continue fostering a spirit of learning, proactiveness, and creativity.

The SAL Scholarship Program hopes that, with the knowledge and skills they have acquired, SAL students will continue their journey of self-development, striving to become the promising leaders of the future.
